Lucinda Faucheux, Founder of LuFau Consulting, has more than 13 years’ experience in supply chain management, understanding proven methodologies and systems across procurement, logistics, contract management and operations.
With 11 years in the AV industry, Lucinda has built a solid network of reliable and experienced providers from manufacturers, distributors, service providers and 3PLs.
From working within multiple system integrators, Lucinda’s understanding within the industry enhances her ability to deeply analyse existing data and processes, to provide clear strategic ways of working.
Lucinda’s unique position of understanding the AV market, alongside extensive supply chain knowledge, means her customers benefit from a global industry network, and gain the skills and expertise needed to optimise their supply chain.
